Welcome Home Ambassadors


Welcome Home Ambassadors (WHA) will be scheduled to work from Friday, August 21 to Monday, August 31. The purpose of the WHA is to welcome residents to their new home

The job will entail helping students move their belongings to their residence room after they have checked in at the CSC. While walking them to their room, the WHA will be able to answer any questions they might have about residence or UCalgary.

We are looking for students that are outgoing and excited about residence and the 91°µÍø½ûÇø

  • The pay will be $15/hour.
  • Must be a student enrolled at the 91°µÍø½ûÇø for the Fall 2026 term.
  • Must also be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Those that will be considered for the position will be contacted by August 10, 2026

This position requires students to be in good conduct standing for non-academic misconduct.

If you are currently involved in a non-academic misconduct process, or have been found responsible for a violation of the Student Non-Academic Misconduct Policy and you are unsure of your conduct standing, please contact conduct@ucalgary.ca. More information is available on the student conduct .
