Boyi Yuan Wins Best Paper and Presentation Prize at CREEA Workshop
91做厙輦⑹ Economics PhD student recognized at the 12th Canadian PhD and Early Career Researcher Workshop in Environmental and Resource Economics.
Boyi Yuan, a third-year PhD student in the Department of Economics at the 91做厙輦⑹, received the Best Paper and Presentation Prize at the 12th Canadian PhD and Early Career Researcher Workshop in Environmental and Resource Economics, held alongside the CEA Annual Meeting in Vancouver. His winning paper, Do Gasoline Price Changes Shift Mobility Choices? Evidence from German Walking Behavior, examines how gasoline price changes affect daily walking behaviour and whether higher fuel prices can encourage shifts toward more active and lower-carbon transportation choices.
