What you can expect from our team
For conferences that include paper submissions, we provide a specialized portal for abstract management. Our system allows participants to upload their papers while ensuring an unbiased review process by automatically removing identifying details before submission to the judging panel.
We use Cvent, a university-approved event management platform that meets all legal, payment, and FOIP (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy) requirements. This ensures your event complies with institutional policies and protects sensitive participant data.
We are one of the few teams on campus with a Moneris account, allowing us to securely collect event fees and transfer funds directly to university accounts. Internal transfers smoothly and properly handled - eliminating the common financial hurdles associated with third-party services.
We take care of all Goods and Services Tax (GST) obligations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Our team manages the charging, collection and reporting of GST so you don’t have to.
